Our collab with our good friends Bolero Snort Brewing! When we originally sat down with our fellow Bergen boys, we knew we wanted to brew up something fun and we knew it had to have one particularly ingredient that we are both fond of using… Lactose! Snorting Brix is an Imperial Stout brewed with piles upon piles of sweet, creamy, Lactose and conditioned on an irresponsible amount of Peanut Butter+Marshmallow Creme. Notes of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and marshmallow fluff, with milk and dark chocolates, and a slight roastiness to balance the sweetness.
