Description
Pale Ale brewed with fresh hops from the Italian Hops Company in Modena. We used the Chinook variety. These hops were harvested, dried and brought to a temperature of -3 degrees to preserve their aroma. We received them less than a week after harvesting. We used them all at the end of boiling, about 5kg of hops for 800 litres of beer. The beer remains very fresh and very drinkable, we let the hops express all their aroma. We are very satisfied with our first attempt.
