Description
A pleasing 60 IBU’s and a deft blend of cascade, chinook, palisade, simcoe and centennial for classic aroma

Firle, East Sussex - England Burning Sky, a brewer's dream. The dream of a long-time brewer, in love with both hops and the beautiful tradition of Belgian beer. While industrial units are practical, they rarely inspire, so they chose to be located in the beautiful and inspiring South Downs, occupying renovated farm buildings in a slightly quirky village. A real farm brewery. Producing their first beer in the fall of 2013, they were awarded well beyond their expectations, not just with a few orders, but with Mark being named 'Brewer of the Year 2014' by the Guild of British Beer Writers, and the brewery has was named 4th best new brewery in the world 2014 by Ratebeer.
