Based in Cornouaille (the first AOP cider region), we create artisanal and farmhouse ciders according to the traditional method passed down from generation to generation. Our traditional corked ciders are 100% pure juice, naturally sparkling and unpasteurized to preserve fruity flavors. Our apple expertise has led us to develop apple juices. Whether still or sparkling, our recipes are also 100% pure juice but for better product preservation, they are pasteurized. In 2021, Mr. Le Brun set a new challenge for the company: developing a range of craft beers worthy of our passion for great beverages.
