A reflection of their environment and proud of their homeland, the Spanish team adopts the name of this popular wind that comes from above... El Cierzo, this dry and cold wind that sweeps the space in an instant. Their logo closely resembles the Wind Rose, as the young brewery wishes to preserve the spirit of the Cierzo that makes their land vibrate, by placing arrows on each of its beers. Thus, the alcohol level will be illustrated by the strength of the arrow and its character by its direction. Beers that aim to represent the Zaragozan identity: characterful, generous and convivial! Cierzo Brewing is very young and appeared on the Aragonese scene in 2018. Sergio and David are the two master brewers and surround themselves with a 100% Zaragozan team with international experience: from marketing, to head chef to graphic designer.
