With respect for nature. Based in Serrières-en-Chautagne, I tend to the estate, which comprises 5 hectares of vineyards and woodland. On the steep slopes of glacial molasse in the Gros Foug range, the vines and I draw our vigour and complexity. Largely comprising a single block, the estate – managed according to Steiner’s principles – is a haven of biodiversity and tranquillity, living in harmony with the rhythm of the constellations. Through the fermentation process, the wines – sourced exclusively from the estate – are guided without artificial intervention right through to bottling, evoking emotion and reflecting the terroir. Tasting my wines will allow you to discover (or rediscover) this passion that we share.
