Bush de Noël is the festive beer from Belgian brewery Dubuisson, brewed since 1991 and now a benchmark among Christmas beers. This strong top-fermented dark ale comes in at 12% (33cl) and ranks among the most powerful in Belgium. Brewed with a generous proportion of caramel malt that gives it its copper-amber colour, it is dry-hopped during maturation. On the palate, flavours of brown sugar, caramel, walnut and dried fruit, with a gentle roundness and a warm, lightly roasted finish.
