Azacca gives the beer juicy notes of ripe mango, papaya, and fresh citrus, Galaxy adds layers of passion fruit and pineapple, and Talus provides a subtle pine and citrus accent on the finish. Together, these exotic hops create a super juicy New England Double IPA with a soft mouthfeel, in which the hop character is supported by a light malt sweetness and balanced bitterness. The finish combines tropical fruit with fresh citrus and pine notes. Cheers to 10 years!
