A new pair of Contrast Series IPAs featuring Mosaic and Amarillo. This Westy has been brewed in San Diego style with a very pale uninvasive base perfect for highlighting this hop combo. Pouring a gold-ish clear yellow this bellows citrus, pine sap, dank, mango and blueberry. A resinous bitterness and dry finish combine to make this a beer that keeps you coming back for more.
