Return of the Mild! It's over a year ago since we brewed a dark mild and we loved it but to our immense happiness, so did the drinking public. While it may not be a hyped up beer style, it is a beer that ticks so many boxes. Low in abv but flavourful, easy drinking but complex and suitable for all occasions. This one is a celebration of fantastic British malts. Featuring no less than seven malts with the daddy, Maris Otter, holding it all together. Layering on a pair of crystal malts, a mildly roasted malt and some other character malts brings it all to life with notes of raisins, unsweetened cocoa powder, toffee, toasted bread crust and digestive biscuits.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
