Following on from last months Oatmeal IPA; Dream Alchemy, this release gets the wheat treatment. Almost 50% of the grist is made up of wheat in both malted and flaked forms. Whereas Dream Alchemy was creamy due to the high oat content, the wheat treatment gives this extreme fluffiness and lightness while still carrying lots of body. A nightmare to brew but well worth it. On the hop front this is loaded with Citra, Columbus and HBC630 Cryo which leads to a super peachy, passionfruit, marijuana infused sherbet vibe. This is the type of IPA that we love to drink here and we feel it should please new school and old school drinkers alike.
