Working delicately to ensure you are extracting only the favourable characteristics such as that pineappley, peachy, pear and pine like beauty that made this hop so popular. To achieve this we have selected Galaxy in both Spectrum and T90 formats. Spectrum gives us all of the aroma with none of the harshness, while a balanced approach to the T90s gives us a luscious creamy body. The pale malt bill and low bitterness gives a whipped cream like, pillowy mouthfeel to this beer that make it an addictive elixir.
