Deep down, dank and dirty baby, our return collab this year with the guys from Montpellier - PRIZM.. Whilst on the away collab, we organised the return recipe. We've gone mid coast on this one, bringing the haze from the East Coast and the classic dry dankiness from the West Coast. Strawberries and grapefruit being the fruit forward notes from the Strata, but pairing that with Columbus, you are only guarenteed one thing (sorry Eoin) dank weed and a bit of 5km run armpit, herbal notes being rounded off with some grassy and pineapple notes from the Bru-1, playing the back up dancer roll in this showcase beer.
