One of our two collabs with Hudson Valley is an extremely modern Sour IPA while the other is a pure classic. Five malts, one hop variety and a guest yeast strain all come into harmony to create a rich and satisfying blend of caramelised nuts, biscuit, raisin, marmelade with a slight oak and vanilla ester. A beefed up English Bitter that is perfect for the cooler Autumal evenings. Richly malty with a firm bitterness that always invites another sip.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
