Here's one big DIPA that's oozing all things peachy candy and grapefruit. Citra, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo and El Dorado are the culprits here. This one reminds us of Pez candies with a that sweet almost sherbety character. It's smooth as you like thanks to a simple grist that is very heavy on flaked oats making a luscious, soft beer.
