Go on then......wtf is Cold IPA? Our version is brewed to be a extremely clean and crisp West Coast IPA. Brewed with our house lager strain and fermented at temperatures much lower than our typical IPA's to give a ester free clean slate for the hops to shine. The malt bill also is an effort in lean and clean. Pilsner, Extra Pale and flaked maize combine to give a light body and minimally invasive malt character with just a hint of breadiness. All of this means that hops are given free reign to come to the fore. Hot side hopped with Chinook Cryo and Chinook and then dry hopped with Amarillo, Motueka and Citra, this is a citrus fest with orange, lemon and lime notes popping out.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
