This IPA Del Barrio features the sexy's, Citra and Mosaic for that beautiful passion fruit, mango and grapefruit that you get when these two dance. Add in a light touch of Columbus and we take things into dankland with some pine and resinous weed. On the hot side Galaxy does it's work in the whirlpool to give an added pineapple and pear complexity. The usual IPA DB base in all it's softness but with a slightly higher bitterness to achieve greater drinkibility.
