This months IPA DB is classic combination of hops that play really well off each other: Citra and Loral. We all love the punchy citrus and tropical fruit forward notes of Citra but with Loral in tow the star hop is elevated to another level. Even more Citra like than Citra. It enhances the citrus and tropical notes and adds a herbal dimension that really rounds out the overall hop profile.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
