Description
We've been wanting to brew a little sour hoppy thing for easy drinking in the summer sun. This little thirst quencher has a simple light grist of Extra Pale Ale malt and Wheat malt for a bit of fluffy texture. Soured with Lactobacillus Plantarum and feremnted with our house ale yeast. Four hops; Motueka, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Citra, plus an addition of lime juice combine to create an absolute belter of a summer beer full of citrus and tropical flair.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
