> This seriously beautiful pale IPA is pours a milky yellow and bellows pineapple, lemon zest, passion fruit and pear. On the front end Idaho 7 takes the lead followed by Bru-1 and Galaxy creating a real tinned pineapple aroma. Super pale and soft on the palate due to a heft dose of flaked oats and wheat. Bitterness is kept on the low side to really enhance the pillowy effect of a beer that finishes dry enough to not be sweet yet sweet enough to make those hops shine.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
