The malty goodness is brought to you by high quality Maris Otter malt and some fine English caramel malts that were fermented on a guest yeast strain that is more well known for IPAs but the fruity apricot esters that it bring fit so well here. A moderate hopping with a newer American variety brings complimentary notes of apricot, orange and tangerine. While some of these ingredients are not necessarily true to style, the overall impression of this beer is very much what one would expect form a Best Bitter.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
