The return leg of our first set of collabs with San Diego's North Park and it's our most heavily hopped West Coast IPA we have ever brewed. And rightfully so. North Park have been carrying the torch for modern West Coast IPA with their lean, clean and incredibly hoppy beers. We have taken a leaf out of there book and hit this beer with a superstar lineup of hops in a variety of formats. With CITRA INCOGNITO, CITRA SPECTRUM, CITRA CRYO, SIMCOE T90, SIMCOE CRYO, MOSAIC T90 AND NELSON SAUVIN T90 all in the mix you can expect an intense melee of tropical and citrus fruits with a heavy dose of dank pine resin always poking through.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
