Description
The latest IPA Del Barrio off the line is a stine fruit and tropical explosion. Featuring El Dorado, Cryo HBC630 and Cashmere we get lots of peach and apricot up front combined with cherry notes and bright tropical aromas of melon and passion fruit. On the hot side we have loaded this up with three different hops specifically selected to fill the wort stream with compounds that will give the beer a deep backbone of passion fruit and citrus. The grist as ever is the usual soft IPA DB base designed for ultimate drinkability.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
