Welcome to the dank side! When we were chatting recipe for this IPA we both wanted to brew a lower abv crusher. Erkki from Pien expressed a real liking for all things dank which was music to our ears. So we put together a hop combo that screams dank, piney marijuana and loads of mango and passion fruit: Mosaic, Strata and Columbus. We wanted a drier finish to make extreme drinkability but then fluffed it up with a grist of 50% wheat and oats for a smooth summer sessioner.
