Inspired by a cocktail we have constructed a delicious sour beer bursting with cherry and almond. This deep red beer is sweet and sour like a cherry sherbet. Loaded with flaked wheat to give a fluffy, soft mouthfeel and with hot side hopping of Cryo HBC630 and Enigma to augment the cherry and berry flavours.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
