Description
As a part of this years local harvest beers we introduce a take on the classic Italian cocktail; the Bellini. We collected 1000 litres of freshly pressed Xarello wine must from a great local natural wine maker and added it to sour wort before a gentle hopping and and healthy addition of peach. A soft base of Golden Promise and 30% Wheat provide a delicate platform on which the Xarrello and peach dance. A relatively dry finish and soft acidity create an elegant and refreshing sour.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
