Soup Dolcita is a New England IPA (Hazy) from Garage Beer Co. at 7%, hopped with Dolcita. This variety brings a fruity, indulgent profile blending stone fruit (very ripe peach), tropical fruits (pineapple, melon) and mandarin citrus notes, on a sweet backdrop reminiscent of caramel. Hazy and smooth on the palate, the beer is juicy and easy-drinking. An expressive and generous hazy, best enjoyed cold.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
