We are putting a few hop varieties throught their paces with a series of monovariatel beers. This IPA is exclusively hopped with Idaho 7 in concentrated CGX format and T90. Idaho 7 is a bit of a favourite here at the brewery for all the beautiful pineapple, black tea and citrus notes that it brings. Paired with Lallemands new Pomona yeast to bring out the most tropical notes possible, this is a soft and creamy hazy IPA that really hits the spot.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
