Stef is a West Coast Pilsner at 4.8% from Garage Beer Co., brewed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Capitano at Garage Universidad. The Diamond yeast, pushed to its limits by a free-temperature fermentation, develops aromatic esters. Dry hopping with Simcoe, Centennial and Ekuanot brings a resinous and fruity character, on a measured bitterness. A fine balance between bready malt, crisp citrus and spicy hops.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
