Our first collab in Barcelona with the wonderful Beak Brewery from the south of England. Following on from the absolutely magnificent collab brewed at their brewery, we have conjured up a delightful IPA jammed full of Citra, Idaho 7 and Centennial. We love this kind of IPA that is very fruit forward, particulary pineapple and red grapefruit, but is backed up by a more piney, floral hop that adds a level of complexity not always found in these IPAs. Smooth and with a moderate bitterness this is one that entices another sip.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
