Hoppy People - Galibier - Paranoid - 6.5% - 44cl - Can
Description
We brewed this hazy and crisp cold IPA which is our interpretation of this style. We focused on using a lot of powerful hops combined with our house lager yeast and fermented it on the cold side. As with all our hop forward beers we did a biotransformation on the 3rd day of fermentation which brought this nice hazy character. Our lager yeast which is very neutral left maximum space for the hops to talk. The result is a massively hopped very drinkable hazy cold IPA. We brewed this beer with our buddies from Brasserie Galibier in France and had a great time having them over at the brewery. Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria Cryo, Ahtanum and Citra 301
