Docker's Union is a spiced Baltic porter brewed by Hoppy Road at 6%, seasoned with Javanese long pepper. The Baltic style brings a smooth body and roasted notes, onto which the long pepper grafts an earthy, slightly spicy dimension. Hints of dried fruit, like a touch of raisin, add depth to the whole. An original, round and aromatic porter.
Maxéville, East - FranceAfter breaking the bank in 2015 during the Paris Beer Week amateur brewing competition, the two friends Julien and Lucas follow a training course (micro biology for one and Institute of Brewing and Malting for the other) before starting to look for a premises as a production unit.Looking for an extra member, the two friends joined forces with Charles Sanner to make their project a reality with a lot of concrete! Hoppy Road Brewery set up shop on the banks of the Meurthe River and the first bottles came out of the brewery's tanks in June 2017.
