Beneath its cloudy yellow colour, No Hops No Glory immediately asserts its character. The nose is decidedly tropical, dominated by yellow fruits: ripe mango, papaya, yellow peach, with a subtle spicy nuance reminiscent of almonds and stone fruit. On the palate, the texture is full and creamy. Exotic fruits intertwine with notes of peach stone, bringing depth and complexity. The natural sweetness of the fruit is tempered by a subtle bitterness, precise and controlled, which structures the whole without ever weighing it down.
Maxéville, East - FranceAfter breaking the bank in 2015 during the Paris Beer Week amateur brewing competition, the two friends Julien and Lucas follow a training course (micro biology for one and Institute of Brewing and Malting for the other) before starting to look for a premises as a production unit.Looking for an extra member, the two friends joined forces with Charles Sanner to make their project a reality with a lot of concrete! Hoppy Road Brewery set up shop on the banks of the Meurthe River and the first bottles came out of the brewery's tanks in June 2017.
