The Demi-Mondaine is an 11% ABV Mocha Imperial Stout. Demi-Mondaine, yet not in the least bit flashy, this beer derives its rich, indulgent flavours from the coffee beans and cocoa beans added during the brewing process. Full-bodied and generous, the Demi-Mondaine is best enjoyed at around 10–12°. Only then will you discover a beer that truly comes into its own. Its label was designed by Cécile Vallade, an illustrator whose work draws inspiration from the brothels of the 1920s.
