A racy, atypical vodka distilled from potatoes grown in Ogens in certified organic Swiss agriculture on Samuel Emery's estate. Aged for 15 months in our own bourbon barrels, previously used for the ageing of Melquiades, it reveals elegant, woody notes of bourbon vanilla, great smoothness and a long finish. Harvest 2020 - a limited, hand-numbered edition. To be enjoyed neat, without ice, in a whisky glass.
