To end the summer fruits season and to begin the fall, we offer to you a blackcurrant wild ale. This beer spent more than a year in white wine barrels with our own wild yeast.
La Source is a craft brewery from the canton of Geneva, based in the countryside village of Soral and founded in 2017 by Loïc Pillet and Michel Karpinski. Committed to the quality of its raw materials and to respect for the land, it brews on a human scale, using only malts from organic farming and hops that are mainly organic and local. Its range covers carefully revisited classics: a Blonde, an IPA, a Brune and a Noire, along with an original beetroot Blonde. Rooted in the Geneva terroir, La Source offers honest, well-built beers that reflect local, sustainable craftsmanship.
