Supersonic is a Double IPA from Norwegian brewery Lervig (Stavanger), coming in at 8.5%. This hazy DIPA with generous hopping bets on intensity and texture: Citra takes centre stage, supported by Simcoe, Amarillo and Enigma. The nose unfolds layers of tropical fruit and citrus wrapped in a silky veil. The palate is round, juicy and full, with a measured bitterness in the finish that lets the fruit shine through. A generous and indulgent aromatic bomb.
