LetraLetra is a Portuguese craft brewery founded in 2013 in Vila Verde, in the Minho region near Braga, an area once renowned for hop growing. Created by two master brewers eager to explore new flavours and advance beer culture in Portugal, it takes its name from the Portuguese word for "letter": each beer in its core range bears a letter of the alphabet, from A to G. Letra has developed a network of brewpubs, the Letrarias, in Vila Verde, Braga, Porto and Ponte de Lima, where its beers can be enjoyed on site. It stands among the rising names of the Minho craft scene.
