A collaborative project initiated by the New Yorkers of Other-Half brewery, All Together is the concept of a beer name taken up by breweries around the world. With a freedom of interpretation limited to two recipes to choose from, the idea provides for a redistribution of 20% of the revenues to resellers including shops, bars and restaurants. L'Improbable generously gratifies us here with a New England-style IPA (NEIPA), densely cloudy and terribly aromatic, in collaboration with the Brasserie du Chateau in Lausanne. A delight of solidarity.
