Lindemans - Spontanbasil - 6% - 75cl - Bte
Description
SpontanBasil is born from a collaboration between Lindemans and Mikkeller: a one to two year old lambic, oak-fermented and re-fermented on fresh basil. This Lambic delivers a singular vegetal and herbaceous profile, where basil dialogues with notes of lemon, green apple, oak and a touch of Brett. Its frank acidity and aromatic freshness make it a surprising tasting beer, pairing happily with a margherita pizza.

Vlezenbeek, Vlaanderen - BelgiumOriginally a farmer, the Lindemans family diversified its activities in 1822 by creating a lambic then Faro brewery from 1869. Taking over agricultural activity, the brewery replaced it definitively in 1956. Today more than 70% of the brewery's production is exported abroad.
