They brew in the true Belgian farmhouse tradition using all organic and locally sourced ingredients.The fruity, rounded flavor profiles of their beers can be attributed to the use of unique specialty yeast strains and many of their products spend time in oak barrels to give more complex, wine-like characteristics.
