Spontaneous fermentation starting from yeasts and wild bacteria that naturally stay on the fruit, no yeast added. Fermentation and ripening in oak vats for 5/6 months, aged in Cognac barrels for further 12 months, refermentation in bottle or keg.
Marentino, Piemonte - Italy Valter, the creator and master brewer of LoverBeer, began brewing around the 2000s when he received his first fermenter. After a few tries, the beer produced was loved by friends and acquaintances, but also by employees in the sector. And it was a few years later that Kuaska named LoverBeer one of the best Italian amateur breweries and encouraged Valter to continue in the professional world.
