LupulinLupulin Brewing is a family-owned craft brewery based in Big Lake, Minnesota, about thirty minutes from the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-Saint Paul). Born in a garage before growing into a full brewery with a taproom, it has stayed true to its craft spirit: the founders write every recipe themselves. As its name suggests (lupulin, the resinous powder of the hop cone), Lupulin has a strong leaning toward hop-forward beers and Belgian styles.
