MalankaBrovar Malanka is a craft brewery founded in 2019 in Minsk, Belarus, by three homebrewing enthusiasts. True to their homebrewer roots, they built most of their equipment themselves, from the brewhouse to the fermentation tanks. Their creed: experimentation, with a knowing nod to American craft culture. Malanka's range spans a wide spectrum, from the light grisette to New England IPAs, taking in fruity milkshake IPAs, oak-aged pastry imperial stouts, Italian pilsners and spontaneously fermented beers. An inventive brewery, now acclaimed well beyond its borders.
