To accompany you during this period of total relaxation (provided you don’t watch or listen to the news, of course...), we’re offering this Licence to Chill, a Sour enhanced with Strawberry, Rhubarb and Passion Fruit, without any stress or tension. The three fruits are balanced to the nearest decimal point, it’s fresh, it’s indulgent and it goes down a treat. What more could you ask for? Well, petrol for less than €1 a litre, but you can’t have everything... In short, rumour has it that Timothy Dalton drinks this straight from the shaker, not with a spoon.

Mogwaï

Mogwaï Beer Company is a young, independent brewery born out of the craft beer movement, which was founded in March 2022 in Mundolsheim, in the Strasbourg region. The first batches were brewed throughout May 2022, whilst the first beers were launched in June 2022 in 44cl aluminium cans and on tap. Our aim is to produce only limited-edition brews so that we can give free rein to our desire to experiment, whether with contemporary beers (Fruit Sour, NEIPA, etc.), themed beers (such as Pizza, Tarte Flambée, sauerkraut) as well as more traditional styles (Lager, Kölsch, Doppelbock, Bitter, etc.). We have no plans for a permanent range in the immediate future because… life’s too short to brew the same thing twice!
