Northern IPA. Music Shoot is an organisation dedicated to organising concerts in Strasbourg and the surrounding area, as well as an annual festival scheduled for 10 and 11 April 2026. The team placed their trust in us to brew the beer for this year’s event. Full of character yet easy to drink – these were the criteria set out in their brief. The recent Northern IPA style seemed entirely appropriate to us, as it combines the clean profile of an old-school IPA with the juiciness of modern IPAs. A touch of Chinook for the bitterness, Citra added at the boil for a solid aromatic foundation, and the Motueka & Wakatu duo dry-hopped for fruity notes.
