Hype First, Think Later Fat NEIPA - 7.6% WARNING: HYPE CONCENTRATE AHEAD!!! For this new NEIPA, we’ve cranked the hype-o-meter up to 11 out of 10! Mosaic in Dynaboost format for the hop stand at 80°C because Dynaboost is all the rage. Nectaron in the 1st and 2nd dry hops because Nectaron is hype. Dolcita in the 1st and 2nd dry hops because Dolcita is hype. And of course a cat on the label because cats are hype. And when it’s wearing glasses, it’s even more hype. Fat NEIPA? Because 7.6% isn’t strong enough for our liking to deserve the label “Double NEIPA”. And since unusual names are all the rage, that’s what we’re going with. Aromatically, we’ve got a lovely tropical fruit and coconut combo that’s as trendy as it gets (if you’re into tropical fruit and coconut, that is). In short, you too should jump on the hype train!

Mogwaï Beer Company is a young, independent brewery born out of the craft beer movement, which was founded in March 2022 in Mundolsheim, in the Strasbourg region. The first batches were brewed throughout May 2022, whilst the first beers were launched in June 2022 in 44cl aluminium cans and on tap. Our aim is to produce only limited-edition brews so that we can give free rein to our desire to experiment, whether with contemporary beers (Fruit Sour, NEIPA, etc.), themed beers (such as Pizza, Tarte Flambée, sauerkraut) as well as more traditional styles (Lager, Kölsch, Doppelbock, Bitter, etc.). We have no plans for a permanent range in the immediate future because… life’s too short to brew the same thing twice!
