Moor Beer was born in 2007 when Californian Justin Hawke bought the disused business and created what has become one of the world's most renowned breweries. Taking its name from the Levels and Moors region of Somerset where the brewery was born, Moor Beer moved in 2014 to central Bristol behind Temple Meads Station and now features a Tap Room, store and tours.
