Bang Bang is a Hold Hop! Our new ephemeral is a modern 6% IPA that does the East Coast proud. Juicy, medium-bitter and tropical as hell, the Hold Hop is clearly a big aromatic explosion. Brewed with oats and hopped with Citra and Ekuanot, our brewers have used new craft techniques to accentuate the aroma, turbidity and silky profile of this beer: the use of London Ale 3* yeast, the principle of biotransformation of hops** and the late hopping technique***.
