The third beer in Dan Mumford’s Patrons Project sees us shine the spotlight on Manchester. This 7% hazy IPA is a collaboration with our friends at Track and sees us use basically every kind of hop format and addition there is. Dip hopping, mid-fermentation hops, dry hops, bright beer tank hops in the form of Citra, Mega Motueka, Eggers Special, Citrulicious Floe, Motueka Subzero Hopkief. We also added a little coconut into the mash to give the beer a smooth and pillowy mouthfeel. Expect flavours that remind you of a mojito - creamy with lime and citrus fruit flavours.
